No meeting bot.
Sayble never joins your call. It listens through your own computer's audio, so nobody is added to the meeting and nothing appears in the participant list.
Hidden from screen share. Included in every plan.
Turn on Undetectable and Sayble is hidden from screenshots and from screen sharing in Zoom, Teams and Meet. It is one switch, in every plan including Free, and never a premium upgrade.
Honest limit: your own Mac's screen recorder (Cmd+Shift+5) can still capture it.
Your voice can stay on your Mac.
On Apple Silicon Macs, English calls on paid plans are transcribed on the computer itself when that is faster, so that audio never leaves it. Spanish and other languages go to our speech providers.
We keep the transcript, not the recording.
Live audio is transcribed and discarded. If you choose to record a call, that file stays on your own computer.
Delete it whenever you want.
Delete your account and your data yourself from inside the app (Account, then Privacy). The only records we may keep are billing records the law requires.
Not sold. Not used to train models.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your private conversations to train AI models. Staff dashboards show counts and account status, not what you said.
Where your data goes
We share information only with the services that help us run Sayble, under contracts that limit how they can use it. Every account is isolated from every other account, and we test that by attacking one account from another.

What we have not done yet
We would rather tell you than let you assume.
- We have not completed a SOC 2 audit, an ISO 27001 certification or a third-party penetration test.
- The desktop installers are not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen and macOS Gatekeeper warn you on first install.
- Two-factor authentication is not available on Sayble accounts yet.
Using Sayble responsibly
Sayble is a tool you control. Follow the rules of your meeting and your employer, and tell the people on your call where the law requires it. Our policies spell out what is and is not allowed.
